I learned this lesson the hard way in my first managerial position. As a young professional, I thought leadership was about asserting my expertise and skill—and man, was I wrong. While my business acumen helped me grow in business, my focus on myself compromised my ability to support the teams I worked on.
Drawing from my 35+ years of experience as a dynamic business professional and 20 years on stage I’ve been able to combine acting prowess with business acumen offering a unique edge in fostering profound business connections.
As a speaking coach and corporate trainer I am passionate about shifting the corporate code to drive more humanity, compassion, and connection. To do this, I collaborate with and coach mid-level managers—and their companies—to help build leadership that lasts in life and in business.
